Candidates holding a 3-year Polytechnic Diploma from recognised technical education boards/universities of other States seeking equivalency to SBTET AP branches.

Note: Candidates who have obtained their Diploma from any institution not affiliated to the State Board of Technical Education (SBTET)/Department of Technical Education (DTE) of the concerned State, including Private Universities, Deemed-to-be Universities, Autonomous Institutions, or any other Board, University, or awarding Authority, shall upload an Equivalence Certificate issued by the concerned State Board of Technical Education (SBTET)/Department of Technical Education (DTE). Applications submitted without the prescribed Equivalence Certificate shall be liable for rejection.
How to apply
Six steps from registration to certificate issuance.

- 2Sign in to your Certificate Services account.
- 3Fill in personal, institution, qualification, and target SBTET branch details.
- 4Upload required scanned documents and supporting certificates.
- 5Pay the online processing fee (₹ 3,000.00) via BillDesk gateway.
- 6Submit your application for multi-tier verification (DS → JS → Secretary) & download certificate upon approval.
